They're finally back — and this time in warm sandy tones. Available in sizes S–XL, each pair is entirely one-of-a-kind, cut and constructed from 100% second-hand cotton shirts that were destined for landfill.

Because every pair is upcycled from different source shirts, your piece will be unique — it won't be identical to the photos, but it will follow the same colourways.
The story
Our cotton upcycling project began in the world of Mitumba — the vast second-hand clothing trade that flows into East Africa. Tonnes of garments are exported from the West, and a portion arrive in Kenya damaged and unsellable, heading straight for landfill.
We now work one step earlier in that chain. Our manufacturing partners are based in the clothing exportation zones of Pakistan, where garments are sorted and processed before they ever reach their destination markets. Working closely with the team there, we salvage shirts with damage — faded panels, small tears, mismatched dye lots — and rescue them before they begin that journey. The result is the same: a garment saved, a story continued.
We still work closely with Kenya on our Rodeo bags, and the spirit of that original partnership runs through everything we make.

Material
Made from 100% upcycled cotton — sourced from discarded shirts, some with original logos, some without. Every thread was already out there in the world. We just gave it somewhere better to be.
